How to breastfeed without pain

Breastfeeding shouldn't be painful! One of the most important parts of breastfeeding without pain is establishing a deep latch. If the baby is latched on appropriately, there should be no pain during feedings. If breastfeeding is difficult for you, don't worry. Young moms, experienced moms, new moms; women in all different stages of life have difficulty breastfeeding. A little breastfeeding support can go a long way towards success.
